Minnewaska Community Health Completes Hoffman Project

 Hoffman, Minn., (July 23, 2018)   Minnewaska Community Health Services (MCHS) is proud to announce the opening of its newest facility, Hoffman Senior Living, which is committed to serving those living in Hoffman, Minn., and the surrounding area.

Hoffman Senior Living is a one-story facility offering 10 assisted living units and 10 memory care units. Amenities include a barber/beauty shop, spa, covered canopy for drop-offs, screened-in porches, and enclosed gardens. The memory care wing has a large fireside lounge, dining room and serving kitchen, while the assisted living wing has a lounge, reception area and commercial kitchen.

To commemorate the building’s grand opening, MCHS invites the public to attend an open house on Aug. 10, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The grand opening will include tours of the building, food and a chance to mingle with friends and neighbors. Hoffman Senior Living is located at 601 Carolina Ave., Hoffman, Minn.

The new facility was made possible through the support of Hoffman and the surrounding community. Compeer Financial is proud to partner with USDA Rural Development, CoBank and Eagle Bank to finance the project.

Miller Architects & Builders of St. Cloud served as the general contractor and Trossen Wright Plutowski Architects provided architectural services for the project.
