939 Ellis, Sam Francisco
Seavest Investment Group, assisted by Meridian, has closed escrow on a 87,190 square foot, 7-story office building at 939 Ellis Street in San Francisco. The Seller was a joint venture of Seattle-based Columbia Pacific Advisors and San Francisco-based Long Market Property Partners. The purchase price was $49 million. Meridian sourced this opportunity and then assisted Seavest in due diligence and closing. Meridian will continue on as Seavest’s local operator.
