Ridgeline Capital Partners (“Ridgeline”), a privately-held commercial real estate investment company, recently completed the acquisition of the three-story, 43,000 square foot Chenal Medical Pavilion in Little Rock.
The property was built in 2015 and is located in the Chenal Valley neighborhood at 16115 St. Vincent Way, adjacent to the Promenade at Chenal shopping center.
The “Class A” building is 68% occupied by six medical practices on triple-net leases. Tenants in the building provide radiology, imaging, dermatology, pediatric, dentistry and pharmacy.
“The newly constructed building is in a central location in Chenal Valley, a growing high-end community of West Little Rock” said Jeff Axley, Ridgeline’s Founder and Managing Principal, “the plan is to lease the remaining available space to additional medical tenants seeking a presence in the area.”
Ridgeline says its mission is to acquire healthcare facilities in Texas and across the Sun Belt with more than 40,000 square feet of space and occupancies ranging from 50 percent to 100 percent.
The company has now made eight acquisitions since its launch in early 2014.
