Hong Kong-based investor said to be acquiring 95 percent stake in Conventus medical building
The $110 million, seven-story, 350,000 square foot Conventus medical building opened in 2015 in Buffalo, N.Y.
Ever since plans for the construction of the Conventus medical building were announced for an emerging medical corridor in Buffalo earlier this decade, the project has garnered plenty of headlines and lots of demand from interested tenants.
