Transactions: Pair of investors pays $35.3M for ortho group-anchored MOB in Bloomington, Minn.

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – A pair of individual investors recently teamed up to acquire a large orthopedic facility in Bloomington, a Minneapolis suburb, for $35.3 million.

According to data from RCA, Minneapolis based Sentinel Management Company, which is headed by Luigi Bernardi and Jim Gearen, purchased the 103,000 square foot Tria Orthopaedic Center at 8100 Northland Drive.
