As part of its strategic transformation to focus solely on multifamily properties, Minot, N.D.-based IRET (NYSE: IRET), which also has a major office in Minneapolis, announced Nov. 30 that it has agreed to sell its 28-property, 1.3 million square foot medical office building (MOB) portfolio for $417.5 million.
