The CBRE U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Group is pleased to announce the sale of the Doctors Office Building III (the “Property”).  Lee Asher  and Chris Bodnar of the CBRE  U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Group partnered with Gary Fazzio in the Illinois market to act as the Seller’s exclusive advisors.

The Property is located on the campus and connected to AMITA Health St. Alexius Medical Center, Hoffman Estates (“St. Alexius Medical Center“). The 99,526-rentable square foot medical office building consists of four above grade floors and one below grade floor. The Property is currently 91% leased to a diverse group of prominent healthcare providers, including 80% to AMITA Health. AMITA Health is a joint operating company formed by Adventist Midwest Health, part of Adventist Health System (S&P ‘AA’, Fitch ‘AA’, Moody’s ‘Aa2) and Alexian Brothers Health System, a subsidiary of St. Louis, Missouri-based Ascension (Moody’s ‘Aa2’, Fitch ‘AA+’).
