Outpatient Projects: State approves $25.3 million, 52,704 s.f. MOB for OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington, Ill.

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. — The Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board (IHFSRB) voted unanimously yesterday (Jan. 9) to approve an application from OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington to develop a $25.3 million, 52,704 square foot on-campus MOB. The hospital, part of Peoria, Ill.-based OSF Healthcare System, plans to fund the project with bonds. The facility will consolidate primary care and cardiology services from five separate locations. The building will also include outpatient cardiac services, on-site occupational health services and general radiology. Completion is slated for Dec. 31, 2019.
