The JLL Healthcare Capital Markets Group is pleased to secure the construction-to-permanent financing of a 72-bed, full-service behavioral hospital for CenterPointe Behavioral Health System in Columbia, Missouri. The 56,305 rentable square foot multi-specialty behavioral hospital, CenterPointe Columbia, will provide a full continuum of care for adults and adolescents. The Class A inpatient and outpatient center will be the only private freestanding psychiatric facility in Boone County and is supported by a Missouri certificate of need. The hospital is scheduled to be operational during the third quarter of 2018. CenterPointe Behavioral Health System is a multi-site, behavioral health provider in 30 locations in Missouri.
