News Release: Caddis hires Christine Gorham to lead development in Southeast region

Former commercial real estate company CEO and hospital executive brings more than 28 years of experience in healthcare real estate and finance

DALLAS, Nov. 29, 2017 – Caddis™ , a national healthcare real estate firm headquartered in Dallas, announced that is has hired experienced professional Christine Gorham to serve as Director Southeast Region.

In her new role, Ms. Gorham will focus on growing Caddis’ development, acquisition and property management portfolios in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia, and provide tenant and landlord services for healthcare lease transactions. She is based in the Atlanta area.

Signor. “She has extensive experience in healthcare real estate, and we are confident that she will help us enhance relationships with new and prospective clients and continue to build and grow our medical portfolio.”

She has more than 28 years of experience in medical operations, including 18 years in the healthcare real estate sector. Previous positions include CEO and Partner of Atlanta-based Eastwood Real Estate Services LLC, Director of Leasing and Asset Management with the Atlanta office of SRS Investments, and Leasing and Property Manager with Atlanta-based Northside Hospital. She has extensive experience in construction, project, property and leasing management; site selection; budgeting; marketing; capital improvements; and due diligence for acquisitions, investor relationships and lender activities.

Ms. Gorham is active in a number of local and national organizations, including serving as Director for the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and Co-Chair for the Diversity Committee’s Mentor Program. In 2014, BISNOW named her one of “Atlanta’s Top 40 Most Powerful Women in Commercial Real Estate,” and the Atlanta Business Chronical added her to the list of “Who’s Who in the Top 100 Influential Leaders in Commercial Real Estate.” Ms. Gorham received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. She also has earned a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
