The CBRE U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Group is pleased to announce the sale of the Aurora Health Care Real Estate Portfolio (the “Portfolio”). Chris Bodnar and Lee Asher of the CBRE U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Group teamed with Wisconsin licensed broker Devin Tessmer to act as the Seller’s exclusive advisors.
The Portfolio consists of two (2) ambulatory surgery centers totaling 129,629 rentable square feet in Wisconsin. The Portfolio is 100% leased by Aurora Health Care (“Aurora”), a not-for-profit health care system headquartered in Milwaukee and serving eastern Wisconsin. Aurora currently maintains ‘A2’ and ‘A+’ investment grade credit ratings from Moody’s and Fitch Ratings, respectively.
