Sales topped $2 billion – less than Q2, but still one of the better quarters ever

If 2017 goes on to be the biggest year in the history of medical office building (MOB) sales, as it probably will, most of the credit will and should go to the huge second quarter (Q2) of the year, which saw one of the biggest arm’s length deal in the history of the sector.
