EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, October 26, 2016– Welbrook Senior Living has started construction of their second New Mexico Transitional Rehabilitation facility. This new facility will be located in Farmington and complement their soon to be completed facility in Las Cruces.
Welbrook has partnered with Embree Asset Group, a full service development company based in Georgetown, Texas to develop its most recent Transitional Rehabilitation facility.
“We are excited to join with Embree in bringing a new, state of the art Transitional Rehabilitation facility” to Farmington said Mark Wimer, Chief Operations Officer at Welbrook. “Their expertise and commitment to our project will allow us to bring a level of care and service that is truly unique and that benefits residents of Farmington and surrounding communities.”
This facility will allow patients a better short-term option for recovery from an accident or illness following their discharge from local hospitals. Welbrook Farmington will provide 50 private rehabilitation suites for patients and create nearly 100 new jobs. Welbrook will work in conjunction with existing local healthcare providers including hospitals and physicians to return people home as quickly and safely as possible.
