BROOKLYN, N.Y. – A Certificate of Need (CON) application filed with the New York State Department of Health reveals that NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn (formerly NYU Lutheran Medical Center), plans to build a $83.7 million ambulatory surgery center (ASC) at 5610 Second Ave. in Brooklyn.
