RCA says that first-half sales topped $7.2B; JLL says $5.5B

There’s a good chance that medical office building (MOB) sales in 2017 will top the all-time record.

No matter who is compiling the data, it is clear that 2017 is on a record-setting pace after a remarkable first half of the year.

Commercial real estate research firm Real Capital Analytics Inc. (RCA) says that total MOB sales volume in the first half of 2017 topped $7.2 billion, which includes only transactions of $5 million or more.
