When one thinks of the Houston healthcare market, one immediately thinks of the 1,345-acre Texas Medical Center (TMC), the world’s largest medical center – and home to some of the world’s most valuable healthcare real estate. So did the TMC, southwest of flood-ravaged downtown Houston, fared in light of the devastation of Hurricane Harvey?Quite well actually.
