The Brea City Planning Commission unanimously approved plans for a two-story, 29,500 sq. ft. Silverado memory care community on the corner of Lambert Road and Peppertree Drive. The community will generate approximately 70 new jobs to support the care of 70 people living with dementia and other memory-impairing conditions.

Since founding Silverado 21 years ago, we have been at the forefront of innovative care for those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, and for the first time we are bringing that care to north Orange County. Silverado Brea will mark our fourth memory care community within the county, joining our existing communities in Tustin, Costa Mesa and San Juan Capistrano.

Already, this new development has gained the support of local healthcare leaders, residents and other professionals – many of whom sent letters of support and spoke in favor of Silverado at the public hearing. Everyone recognizes the need for the world-class memory care for which Silverado is known.
