Plainfield, Connecticut (October 18, 2017) – Lisa Menin of Jacobson Properties, New York, New York, John LaBella of RE/MAX Right Choice, Trumbull, Connecticut and Leo Jones of Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Company, Binghamton, New York are pleased to announce the sale of the Day Kimball Healthcare Medical Office Portfolio, comprised of three mission critical medical office buildings located in Plainfield and Danielson, Connecticut. The 45,000 square foot portfolio is occupied by Day Kimball Healthcare, Inc., Northeast Connecticut’s premier provider of integrated healthcare services and a community partner of Yale New Haven Health. Two of the properties were sold by Day Kimball Healthcare, Inc. as part of a sale-leaseback transaction; the third property was sold by an unaffiliated seller with Day Kimball Healthcare, Inc. executing a long-term lease. The portfolio was sold to a national healthcare real estate company for an undisclosed price. Menin, LaBella and Jones served as the exclusive advisors to Day Kimball Healthcare, Inc. in the transaction.
