LOS ANGELES – Pasadena, Calif.-based C.W. Driver Cos. recently completed construction on the $120 million Fountainview at Gonda Westside, a 460,000 square foot continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in the Playa Vista neighborhood of Los Angeles.
