News Release: Cornerstone Begins Development on Second Facility for OSF Healthcare

INDIANAPOLIS — Cornerstone Companies is scheduled to begin work on a new outpatient primary care facility for OSF Healthcare in Godfrey, Illinois. The development will include approximately 8,200 square feet of medical office space.

The new facility will be built at 107 Watters Drive, Dwight, Illinois, and construction is expected to take seven months, completing in early 2018.

This is the second development project Cornerstone has undertaken with the OSF hospital network. The first, located in Godfrey Illinois and scheduled for completion in December 2017, is an outpatient center designed to house a lab, imaging center, and a few primary care offices.
