News Release: H2C Welcomes Jamie Sullivan as Managing Director

NEW YORK — August 17, 2017 — Hammond Hanlon Camp LLC (“H2C”) is pleased to announce that Jamie Sullivan has joined the firm as a Managing Director, based in the firm’s New York office.

With over twenty years of healthcare banking experience, Ms. Sullivan provides strategic advisory, merger and acquisition advisory, and capital markets services to a variety of healthcare clients — including healthcare systems, independent hospitals, specialty hospitals and academic medical centers.  Her recent clients include Aultman Health (OH), Temple University Health System (PA), Providence Rest Nursing Home (NY), New York University Langone Medical Center (NY), and NewYork-Presbyterian/Queens (NY).

“We are pleased to add Ms. Sullivan to the H2C team,” said PJ Camp, a Principal of H2C in its New York office.  “Jamie is a perfect fit with our approach to providing the highest quality investment banking services to large not-for-profit healthcare systems across the nation,” he added.

Ms. Sullivan started her healthcare career in the public finance department of Sumitomo Bank, providing Letters of Credit for Variable Rate Bond Transactions and Japanese Leverage Leases.  After Sumitomo Bank, she spent 18 years with GE Capital Healthcare Financial Services and GE Healthcare as a healthcare banker focusing on tax-exempt private placement equipment finance and revenue bond transactions.  Ms. Sullivan led several teams of bankers and medical device professionals at both GE Capital and GE Healthcare.  Before joining H2C, Ms. Sullivan was a Managing Director in the Hospital and Health Systems Group at Cain Brothers LLC, where she provided both strategic/M&A and financing advisory services.

Ms. Sullivan received an M.B.A. from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with honors.
