Charlotte, NC—A M King, a fast-growing Design-Build firm, announced that it has begun construction of a new medical office building at the intersection of Steele Creek and S. Tryon St.
The two-story building is a joint venture between The Keith Corporation and Sports Med Properties, LLC. and will comprise roughly 24,000-square-feet. The building is being constructed as a multi-tenant medical office building and is currently open for lease.
A M King is providing fully integrated design-build services, utilizing its in-house design and engineering team. AMK will be completing all site development, including parking lot, retaining walls and site utilities. Along with the site, A M King will be completing the building shell and vertical circulation–which will include an elevator, finished lobbies on both floors and completed code compliant egress for the entire space.
