There’s always room for a good idea – even a small one
As we read about multi-billion dollar mega deals like this month’s Cover Story, “4 ways the HTA-Duke Realty deal changes the industry,” starting on Page 23, it’s easy to get the impression that only huge public companies can compete in the healthcare real estate (HRE) space.
