CHICOPEE, Mass. – Brookfield, Wis.-based Hammes Partners II LP, an investment fund affiliated with Hammes Company, in May closed on the acquisition of a three-MOB portfolio anchored by Chicopee-based Riverbend Medical Group, which is part of Springfield, Mass.-based Sisters of Providence Health.
