News Release: McGough Hires Andy McIntosh as Vice President of Development McGough Continues Expansion of its Development Group

ST. PAUL, Minn. – June 22, 2017 – McGough is pleased to announce that Andy McIntosh has joined the company as Vice President of Development. In this role, McIntosh will lead a portfolio of the company’s corporate office, healthcare and mixed-use development projects, including McGough’s Master Planned site at Bloomington Central Station (Bloomington, Minn.) and office site at Blue Gentian Corporate Center (Eagan, Minn.).

McIntosh joins McGough from CSM Corporation, where he actively managed leasing for a portion of the commercial portfolio of a privately-owned real estate investor and developer. He also brings with him past experience in commercial real estate brokerage and commercial construction management.

McIntosh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law, Jurisprudence and Social Thought from Amherst College in Amherst, Massachusetts. He is a former Director and Past-President of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Real Estate (MNCAR). McIntosh is professionally certified as a Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
