JUPITER, Fla., May 17, 2017 – Cleveland Clinic and Rendina Healthcare Real Estate have broken ground on a new $32 million, 72,000-square-foot Family Health Center in Coral Springs, Fla.
Situated on a 5.25 acre site at the intersection of University Drive and Sawgrass Expressway, the three-story facility will be fully occupied by Cleveland Clinic and will feature clinical space, diagnostic imaging and an ambulatory surgery center.
The new Family Health Center is expected to open in 2018.
Cleveland Clinic selected Rendina after performing a national search for a real estate development partner for this project. The project will be developed under a joint venture between Cleveland Clinic and Rendina.
