Unconfirmed media reports says the firm might sell its MOB and data center portfolios

There comes a time in the later stages of the life of any unlisted real estate investment trust (REIT) when its officers must decide on a liquidity event. This can entail going public or selling off the properties it has acquired, be that in one large portfolio or in smaller chunks.
