NORTH HILLS, N.Y. – Fort Worth, Texas-based CHC Management Group acquired a fully leased, two-story, 24,690 square foot MOB on 1.75-acre site at 3111 New Hyde Park Road in North Hills, N.Y., for $14.65 million.
