COLUMBIA, SC (March 29, 2017) NAI Avant is pleased to announce South Carolina ENT, Allergy and Sleep Medicine, or SCENT, recently purchased ±1.20 acres of land within Highland Center Professional Park to develop a multi-story medical office building to house their practice. Senior broker Nick Stomski, SIOR facilitated the transaction.
Four developed lots remain available for sale, totaling ±6.87 acres. The Highland Center Professional Park is also comprised of two new, Class A professional office buildings available for sale or lease, and a ±2.71 AC detention area. The office spaces are in shell condition, allowing for customized design of space, and the lots are shovel-ready with all utilities in place.
SCENT was founded in 2002 to provide children and adults with comprehensive, high-caliber medical care for allergies; ear, nose, and throat issues; hearing loss; and sleep disorders. Currently operating out of five state-of-the-art facilities in the Midlands, this new location will continue that trend. Situated at the corner of Farrow and Hardscrabble Road, this office will be conveniently located close to Providence NE Hospital.
