The Charlotte, N.C.-based company did just that in recent weeks, rebranding itself as Flagship Healthcare Properties LLC, kicking of 2017 with a new logo and tagline and updating its website to reflect its major focus on the healthcare sector. Healthcare comprises at least 85 percent of its business, according to J. Brannen Edge III, co-managing partner, president and chief operating officer.
