In the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minn., one of the most prominent medical corridors is adjacent to the 338-bed Fairview Southdale Hospital in the affluent first-ring suburb of Edina.

According to a recent Minneapolis-St. Paul Medical Office report by Colliers International, the Twin Cities had an overall – both on and off campus – medical office building (MOB) vacancy rate of 7.5 percent as of the second quarter (Q2) of 2016.
