We at Healthcare Real Estate Insights™ probably first met Tim Oliver back in late 2004 or early 2005. At that time, a new healthcare real estate (HRE) company he had joined, NexCore Group, was barely one year old – still pretty much in start-up mode.

So it is remarkable to realize that even then, more than a decade ago, he already had more than 30 years of HRE development experience under his belt –
making him one of the true pioneers of the sector. And since then, he has added another decade-plus of accomplishments and has helped to grow Denver-based NexCore Group into one of the nation’s largest and best-known HRE firms.
