Flagship Healthcare Properties, LLC is pleased to announce that Devereaux “Dev” Gregg has joined the firm as Senior Vice President of Development, effective January 9, 2017. Dev will lead the development department in maximizing the performance and value of our development service line, while formulating and implementing best practices for a long-range development team strategy and the continued growth of the firm. Dev brings over two decades of healthcare real estate property development experience and has extensive knowledge of the industry’s trends and challenges.

Dev will directly support the company’s portfolio of development projects, providing strategy and vision for the capture, planning, structuring, financing, and execution of all new healthcare developments for the firm.

Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Dev was SVP for Development Services at Cogdell Spencer, Inc. and Erdman Company where he planned, leased, and financed 32 healthcare projects totaling 2,000,000+ sf and $420 million in cost, including ambulatory facilities, in-patient hospitals, and associated parking structures.
