Inpatient Projects: CHI Franciscan plans $530 million replacement campus in Silverdale, Wash.

SILVERDALE, Wash. – Tacoma, Wash.-based CHI Franciscan Health recently filed a Certificate of Need (CON) application with the state for a future $530 million hospital campus in Silverdale, a community of about 20,000 residents on the Olympia Peninsula just west of Bainbridge Island.

Inpatient Projects: Inspira Health completes project team for $300M replacement in New Jersey

MULLICA HILL, N.J. – The design and construction team has come together for Mullica Hill-based Inspira Health Network’s future $300 million replacement hospital in its home town, about 25 miles south of Philadelphia. The five-story, 350,000 square foot hospital will have 180 private beds on a 100-acre site adjacent to Rowan University.

OMAHA, Neb. – Children’s Hospital & Medical Center recently broke ground for a $450 million, 10-story, 500,000 square foot clinical facility that will include more than 70 inpatient beds and space for future expansions.
