(Woodridge, Ill.) – Morgan / Harbour is pleased to announce the firm’s selection to construct the new 14,000 square foot core and shell, mixed-use medical office building at 751-755 N. York Road in Elmhurst, Illinois on behalf of the developer, MedProperties Group.
The structural steel and masonry building will sit on a one-acre site and be designated as an Edward-Elmhurst Health location. The new medical office structure is set for completion in winter 2017. Morgan/Harbour’s construction team will be led by Greg Lennartz as project manager and Jim Ritchey as project superintendent. Ware Malcomb is providing the architectural services.
