New Tenant Announced at Optimal Outcomes’ Bayboro Building
Pediatric Cardiology Associates (PCA) recently opened its new medical office at 625 6th Avenue South, Suite 120. Their new location offers 7,500 square feet of comprehensive cardiac services for children in St. Petersburg. To further streamline services, the practice is currently building out an additional 6,000 square feet of administrative office space on the 3rd floor that is slated to open in 2017.
The Bayboro building is a 120,000 square foot medical office building located on the campus of Bayfront Medical Center. The state of the art building offers an eight-story attached 645 spot structured parking deck as well as elevated climate-controlled skywalks to Bayfront and Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital.
PCA joins other specialty groups including Pediatric Neurology Associates, Children’s Orthopaedic and Scoliosis Surgery Associates, Advanced ENTs of Tampa Bay, Johns Hopkins All Children’s Perinatal Specialists and New Beginnings OB/GYN.
Recent Transactions Bring Optimal Outcomes’ Brandon Medical Pavilion Near Full Occupancy
Optimal Outcomes is pleased to announce the convenience of chronic pain management treatment and diagnostic imaging in the Brandon community with Tampa Pain Relief Centers and Brandon MRI.
Located just two blocks from Brandon Regional Hospital, the Brandon Medical Pavilion allows for strong tenant/hospital affiliations and provides easy access for patients and physicians that may need to commute between the two locations.
Together, the two new tenants occupy 13,190 square feet leaving only 2,600 SF available for lease. Additional tenants include Florida Cancer Specialists and Tampa Bay Radiation and Oncology.
