Private investor acquires its second building on Fair Oaks campus in Fairfax, Va.

As part of its ongoing strategy of acquiring medical properties to which it can add value, White Plains, N.Y.-based Seavest Healthcare Properties LLC recently acquired another medical office building (MOB) on the campus of the 182-bed Inova Fair Oaks Hospital in Fairfax, Va., part of the Washington metropolitan area.
