The sale involved a multi-tenant, Class A medical office building built in 2009, fully occupied with 81% direct occupancy by Doctors Community Hospital (Baa3). Doctors Professional Building is the only medical office building located on the Doctors Community Hospital campus, a 163-bed private, not-for-profit hospital, located directly off Washington, D.C.’s Capital Beltway. The property provides high value specialty practices such as oncology, imaging, orthopedics and cardiology.
