Transactions: MOB sales stay strong in Q2

Medical office building (MOB) sales volume was strong during the second quarter (Q2) of 2016, with two large deals dominating the transaction activity.

According to commercial real estate research firm Real Capital Analytics (RCA) Inc., Q2 sales totaled a very strong $2.13 billion, making it one of only nine quarters (out of a total of 62 quarters) to top the $2 billion mark since 2001, when RCA began compiling MOB data.
