The CBRE U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Group is pleased to announce the sale of the Lakeside Women’s Hospital (the “Property”) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Chris Bodnar and Lee Asher of the U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Group teamed with Jason Little in the Oklahoma market to act as the Seller’s exclusive advisors.

The Property is a 62,857 square foot inpatient facility that is fully leased to Lakeside Women’s Hospital, a 23-bed hospital that provides breast surgery, endoscopy, imaging, obstetrics and gynecology services, including delivery rooms, a nursery, and a level II NICU (neo-natal intensive care unit).

Lakeside is part of the INTEGRIS Network, the dominant provider of care in Oklahoma City with 26% market share and an ‘AA-‘ rating by Standard & Poor’s. In 2013, INTEGRIS purchased a 75% stake in the Lakeside Women’s Hospital from the physician owners following five years of intense courtship, creating a much stronger referral network for the INTEGRIS network and better negotiated insurance contracts for Lakeside.
