PALMER TOWNSHIP, Pa. – According to local news reports, Wilmington, Del.-based Anchor Health Properties, a longtime developer of medical facilities, recently proposed a two-story, 57,000 square foot MOB complex in Palmer Township, which is in the heart of the Lehigh Valley about 75 miles north of Philadelphia and 15 miles east of Allentown.
