News Release: 2015 HREI Insights Awards™ Finalists Announced

Healthcare Real Estate Insights magazine reveals the Finalists for its third annual awards program recognizing excellence in healthcare real estate. Winners will be named Dec. 3.

HREIInsightsAwardsLogo2015MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 13, 2015Healthcare Real Estate Insights™ magazine is pleased to announce the Finalists of the HREI Insights Awards™, the only national awards dedicated to recognizing excellence in the areas of healthcare real estate (HRE) development and executive leadership. (A list of Finalists follows.)

“Until two years ago, there was no comprehensive national awards program focusing on the real estate stories and strategies behind successful projects,” explains HREI Publisher Murray W. Wolf. “As the healthcare real estate sector and HREI™ have grown and prospered during the years, this level of industry recognition was long overdue.”

Mr. Wolf added, “It’s really been a pleasure celebrating the remarkable achievements of a select group of HRE professionals through this awards program. Our live awards ceremony is one of the highlights of our year.”

HREI Editor John B. Mugford noted, “We’ll be excited to feature the Winners and Finalists in upcoming editions of HREI magazine, the 2016 HREI Resource Guide™ annual directory and on HREInsights.com, as well as in a public awards ceremony at the RealShare Healthcare Real Estate Conference in Scottsdale, Ariz., Dec. 3.”

The awards are being presented by HREI™, the first and only national magazine entirely devoted to covering HRE development, financing and investment. The Platinum Sponsor of the awards is GE Capital Healthcare Financial Services, which also was the Platinum Sponsor the previous two years.

Gold sponsors include Caddis, Duke Realty, HFF, Welltower (formerly Health Care REIT) and ALM RealShare. Silver sponsors include Griffin-American Healthcare REIT III, HealthAmerica Realty Group, Lillbridge, MedProperties Holdings, NexCore Group, Pacific Medical Buildings (PMB) and Rendina Healthcare Real Estate.
