DENVER, COLORADO, August 11, 2015 – Welbrook Senior Living has selected Las Cruces, New Mexico as the first of several new markets within the State of New Mexico for the development of a transitional rehabilitation facility. The facility will allow patients with the opportunity to experience a better short-term option for rehabilitative and skilled nursing services after being discharged from local hospitals. The project will encompass approximately 35,000 square feet and offer 50 private rooms for patients while creating nearly 100 new jobs in the community.

Their proximity to the Mountain View Medical Center campus is very positive, and we feel that they will be able to draw patients form as far away as El Paso, Texas.”
The new facility will break ground in the 4th quarter of 2015 and construction should be completed with the first patients being admitted by summer of 2016.\
