ven though Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) has long been a commercial real estate powerhouse throughout the Americas and the rest of the world, up until recent years ago the sporadic services it provided in healthcare real estate (HRE) were not necessarily offered through one cohesive unit.
All of that changed in 2010, when Mindy Berman, a 30-year veteran of corporate finance, began heading up a new entity within JLL: the National Healthcare Capital Markets Group.
