EAST STROUDBURG, Pa. – A delayed commercial project approved years ago may be back on track, thanks to a new partner, Pocono Medical Center, according to local reports.
Officials with a local firm, Penn Regional Business Center (RBC) III Inc., recently told the Smithfield Township Planning Commission that the company wants to revisit a plan the township approved five years ago.
