Session on ‘Construction Activity, Development Trends & What the Data is Telling Us’ will be presented by firm’s EVP and two others at national healthcare data firm Revista’s event

CHICAGO and INDIANAPOLIS, Nov. 13, 2014 – Deeni Taylor, Duke Realty Executive Vice President – Healthcare, will be among two dozen healthcare real estate (HRE) thought leaders who will share their expertise and insights at the Revista National Launch & Executive Forum Nov. 19-20  at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers in Chicago.
Mr. Taylor will speak in a roundtable session entitled “Construction Activity, Development Trends & What the Data is Telling Us” from noon to 12:45 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 20. The panel also will include:
■ Stephen K. Barry, Executive Vice President – Business Development & Leasing, Rendina Healthcare Real Estate; and
■ Brett Philips, Senior Vice President, Lincoln Harris.

The discussion will be moderated by Murray Wolf, Publisher & Founding Editor, Healthcare Real Estate Insights magazine.

The data-rich session will review healthcare construction projects   across the country. Attendees will learn about key medical construction and development trends throughout the nation and which geographic markets have the highest level of construction activity. The panelists also will discuss which healthcare providers and healthcare real estate developers are the most active, which property types are the most popular, what the average construction costs are by product type and if there are significant local and regional differences in the data.

“We have been seeing a great deal of healthcare construction activity and some significant changes in the types of properties being developed across the country,” says Mr. Taylor. “Our roundtable session should help healthcare executives better understand these trends and how they can effectively leverage them to reach more consumers and grow their organizations.”
