NEW YORK – October 22, 2014 – Hammond Hanlon Camp LLC (“H2C”), a healthcare-focused strategic advisory and investment banking firm, continues to expand its professional team with the addition of Managing Director, Richard Rollo. Richard joins the firm in its New York office with more than twenty-five years of experience leading corporate finance, strategy, planning, M&A, and development functions in the healthcare and financial services industries.

Serving as a trusted advisor to various healthcare industry clients, Richard is skilled in evaluating and executing strategic M&A transactions and successfully addressing technical requirements of population-based healthcare initiatives including payor/provider partnerships, ACOs, shared risk/saving transactions, and in the development of expanded business intelligence capabilities.

Richard’s recent work, as an independent consultant, includes the successful sale of Health Net’s Northeast Division and the development of several physician/payor joint ventures. As a partner with the healthcare advisory firm Apex Healthcare Group, Richard developed provider-based strategic/operating analysis and planning tools for the Palo Alto Medical Foundation.

Prior to joining H2C, Richard worked both as an independent consultant and with several different organizations including Health Net, Exelon, PG&E, Transamerica, GE Health Care, GE Capital, TD Bank/Securities and Shattuck Hammond Partners.

Richard earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz and an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York City.
