News Release: Methodist Richardson Taps Lincoln Harris CSG for Leasing of Two MOBs

Firm to manage leasing for 132,811 SF at Medical Plaza I & II

DALLAS – Lincoln Harris CSG, a full-service commercial real estate services company with a team that specializes in healthcare facilities, has recently been awarded leasing of two medical office buildings totaling 132,811 square feet in Richardson, Texas. Methodist Richardson Medical Center selected the firm to lease the two buildings, Medical Plaza I and II, which have an average occupancy rate of 80 percent and are part of the group’s West Campbell Road campus.

“With Methodist’s new hospital campus relatively close to the two properties, we anticipate a significant relocation from the Medical Plaza buildings to the new facilities,” said Nat Klein, senior vice president with Lincoln Harris CSG. “We see an opportunity to reposition the properties as a synergistic healthcare and general office complex, especially given the quality of the interior finishes and nearby amenities.”

Klein will lead leasing efforts for the facilities, along with Banks Newton, transaction manager, and Tom Cheatham, marketing associate with Lincoln Harris CSG.

Medical Plaza I was constructed in 1996 and consists of 63,988 square feet. The 4-story building is located at 403 W. Campbell Road in Richardson, Texas.

“These properties have a great location with close proximity and easy access to retail and restaurants on along Campbell Road and U.S. 75,” Klein said. “Because of this, we expect significant interest.”

The second facility, Medical Plaza II, was constructed several years later in 1999. It consists of 68,823 square feet and is located at 399 W. Campbell Road. Both properties enjoy ample parking.
