Outpatient Projects: Wisconsin firm to develop, own $48.2 million MOB on campus in Kennewick, Wash.

KENNEWICK, Wash. — A Wisconsin-based developer is in the midst of starting a new $48.2 million MOB on the campus of the future Southridge Hospital in Kennewick, in the southeast part of Washington state.

Kennewick-based Trios Health, part of the Kennewick Public Hospital District,  is building its new 74-bed hospital on 40 acres in the growing southern area of Kennewick, a city of about 75,000 residents.
