Jupiter, Fla.-based Rendina Cos. recently completed the development of new medical office buildings (MOBs) in South Carolina and Virginia – projects totaling $26 million and 92,500 square feet.

A grand opening was held Jan. 14 for the Bluffton Medical Campus in Bluffton, S.C., for Hilton Head (S.C.) Regional Healthcare, whose main hospital is about 12 miles from the new facility. The completion of the $16 million, two-story, 60,000 square foot building allows the health system to consolidate many of its local outpatient services into one building at what it calls a “convenient” site.
